1. Can I pick up my order?

We don’t offer a click and collect service. All items available on our website are held in, and shipped from, our warehouse.

2. Do you have a store?

We are an online store and we do not currently have a physical store for you to browse our jewellery.

3. What are your shipping charges?

We charge a flat rate of $7.99 for all Australia and New Zealand orders. Orders over $100 receive free shipping.

4. Are there additional shipping charges for rural deliveries?

No, there aren't. We value our rural customers and we don't think you should have to pay additional charges.

5. How soon will my order arrive?

We aim to ship all weekday orders within 24-48 hours of them being placed. Please allow enough time for the delivery of your items because shipping delays are possible

We use an international express courier for all shipments. Delivery times vary country to country.

6. How can I pay for my order?

Our online store accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We also offer Afterpay which means you can buy now and pay later!

7. Will my order come with a gift bag or box?

Each order comes with one jewellery gift bag and one gift box. Additional boxes and bags are sold separately.
